Centralized Loan Documentation Supervisor - Consumer Real Estate Loans

 

There is currently a Centralized Loan Documentation Supervisor – Consumer Real Estate Loans position open in the Birmingham Area.

Please view below for job requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in consumer real estate lending

  • Ability to supervise others

  • Experience preparing early loan disclosures, including those required by RESPA and TILA

  • Experience preparing loan closing packages, including documents required by RESPA and TILA

  • Experience reviewing loan closing documentation

  • Experience preparing Adverse Action Notices

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detai

  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills including the ability to use electronic mail systems, internet and Microsoft Office products

  • ARTA Lending and/or Laser Pro experience a plus

  • Other duties as assigned
