Bryant Bank has announced the hiring of Audrey O’Neal as Senior Vice President and Director of Human Resources.
Audrey joins Bryant Bank after years of experience as a Human Resources Director for another financial institution in Tuscaloosa. Prior to her tenure there, she served in various roles in Human Resources for the University of Alabama for 17 years. Audrey is a graduate of Mississippi State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Human and Environmental Sciences from the University of Alabama.

With over 20 years of experience, Audrey brings extensive Human Resources knowledge and leadership experience to the bank. She has been an active member of the Tuscaloosa Human Resource Professionals, a local affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management, and has served as the Board Secretary since 2020.

An active participant in the arts community in Tuscaloosa, Audrey loves to paint and enjoys the city’s many art events. Audrey and her husband Andy have three children and their oldest daughter will be attending the University of Alabama as a freshman this Fall.
Audrey began her new role at Bryant Bank on July 19th and is based at the Main Branch on McFarland Blvd in Tuscaloosa.
The Bryant Bank leadership team is grateful to have long-time Human Resources Director, Patty Ratliff, to assist with Audrey’s transition through the end of 2022, after which time she will be assuming a new role for the bank.
