HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – A groundbreaking ceremony on Thursday, May 26, 2016, marked the start of construction on a new downtown Huntsville location for Bryant Bank.
Bryant Bank will construct a new downtown Huntsville main office near Huntsville Hospital at Twickenham Square. The four-story building at the corner of Dr. Joseph E. Lowery Boulevard and Pelham Avenue will feature a full-service bank branch with a spacious lobby, both drive-thru and walk-up ATMs, dedicated loan and mortgage departments, a state-of-the-art community room available for up to 75 people with catering kitchen and picturesque view of downtown Huntsville, and class-A space for lease to third parties.
“We are very excited about this new location, which demonstrates our commitment to serve downtown Huntsville, own our own facility, and provide for future growth and expanded services. We’re always looking for ways to better serve our customers and the Huntsville community, and we believe this investment will greatly enhance those opportunities,” said Huntsville Bryant Bank President Ken Watson.
Teaming up with Bryant Bank are Brasfield & Gorrie, as general contractor, Ward Scott Architecture, and Propst Properties, as property manager. Construction is slated for completion in the Summer of 2017.
